Gorilla is definitely a very enjoyable pattern to create, but also pretty complex. Beginners may have a hard time getting it right, although there were many who have eventually created a beautiful gorilla despite having very little overall experience with origami. But, it is recommended to already have a few creations done before starting with Gorilla as the details are pretty hard to figure out, yet the satisfaction coming from this creation is surely worth the effort. For advanced origami users creating one doesn't take longer than 15 minutes, but first encounters may require several tries before we manage to get it done.
