Sermisha, Thank you! The Lily looks awesome! I really hope one day I'll be able to make something like that. I found a nice origami peacock in suggested videos - I think I'll go for it, it looks realtively easy.
kathyNJ, I've come across some moneygami kits with special practice bills, but I think any paper will do as long as it is not a square sheet. You can start practicing with a sheet larger than a real bill if you're a beginner and then proceed to folding real-size ones.
That's a great gift idea! I'm in love with those tiny boxes! It looks like there is a pattern for making them right there on the album, but it looks super complicated to me.
