I've done a couple of exhibition, so I'll give you some few words to note.

Firstly, consider your space as regards the number of pieces you are planning to showcase, 30 pieces sounds like a lot unless you have an expansive space.

Secondly, with respect to the crease patterns, left to me, I'll only include them if I've gotten permission from their creators and if it'll make my exhibition an impressive one,

Thirdly, Pick models that are appropriate for the available space and be aware that large models in a small space will look crowded while miniature in a large space will look scanty.

My fourth point is that it's an opportunity to impress your audience, so make use of your best paper and techniques.

And lastly, don't forget about your model, play into the lighting to make it more colorful, and don't forget to post and share photos from the exhibition when you are done for others to learn on this thread.
